Senator Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 3341. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 250(FIN) was adopted. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 250(FIN) was read the second time. Senator Kerttula offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 3, lines 4 - 9: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Page 7, lines 17 and 18: Delete "Section 14" Insert "Section 13" Page 7, line 20: Delete "Sections 1 - 13 and 15 - 19" Insert "Sections 1 - 12 and 14 - 18" Senator Kerttula moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Rieger objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Senator Rieger objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, Amendment No. 2 was adopted. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 250(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
